HOW DOES MY BIKE GET TO THE SHOW?
Owners are asked to provide transport of their bike to and from The Modern Classics Show.
SCHEDULE - WHEN DOES MY BIKE NEED TO ARRIVE FOR THE SHOW?
We ordinarily require that bikes be onsite by the Thursday evening prior to show opening. Delivery on the day(s) of the show is strongly discouraged as it does not allow adequate time for show setup and opening. While at the Martin Moto the bike will be kept in our secure and temperature controlled facility. We are more than happy to accept bikes as early as two weeks in advance of the show.
We can only receive bikes during normal business hours: Tues-Fri 9:30am – 6:30pm and Sat 9:00am – 4:00pm Martin Moto is closed Sunday and Monday.
DURATION - HOW LONG WILL MY BIKE BE AT MARTIN MOTO?
Bikes are typically required to be delivered in the days leading up to the show. They may be removed, by the owners, beginning immediately following the show closure at 5 PM on Saturday. If necessary for your convenience, it is possible to leave your bike on-site for several days but we request that all bikes be removed within one week of The Modern Classics.
Again, all show bikes are required to remain on the show floor until the doors close promptly at 5:00 pm on the day of the show. We ordinarily also plan be open on the Sunday immediately following the show for several hours (TBA) for bike removal.
We wish to be as flexible as possible in order to to make it easy for the bike owners to present their bikes. If you have special needs surrounding your delivery or removal schedule just inquire.
WHERE WILL MY BIKE BE DISPLAYED?
Bikes are all positioned on The Modern Classics Show floor at the direction of the Show planning committee on the day of show opening. Owners are encouraged to spend the day at the show with us. Each owner will be presented with an exhibitor badge so that, throughout the show, attendees can readily identify individual bike owners and easily approach those owners with questions or comments.
PERSONNEL - WHO WILL CARE FOR MY BIKE WHILE IT IS AT MARTIN MOTO?
The bikes will be handled only by the bike show committee members and/or our experienced staff. The showroom has increased security during this period as well.
INSURANCE - WHAT IF THE WORST HAPPENS?
Adequate insurance is provided by the dealership to cover any and all foreseeable situations; theft, fire, etc. We all understand the level of ownership and adoration for one's bike, so please know that we will ensure each bike's well-being as best as possible.
